Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, I will begin making your set! In most cases, I am able to make and ship your order in 2-4 days. After I've shipped them, USPS takes 1-3 days.
Please understand, I am a company of one, and although I pride myself in my time management skills, sometimes things happen. I will always try to get your order out as fast as I can. With an increasing amount of orders ( although so very much appreciated ), I get overwhelmed and swamped and being the only elf in the shop I work my butt off to make sure you're 222% satisfied! During sales and holidays, processing time may be a little longer. So hang in there and I promise you will be delivered a gorgeous set, worth drawing the attention of many and have you feeling like your best self!

Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, I do not take return or exchanges, and all sales are final.
Please make sure to triple.. NO!! QUADRUPLE check your sizes and if you're having any questions do not hesitate to reach out to me and ask for help! Each set is custom made to order for you and it goes against sanitation, so unfortunately returns and exchanges cant be accepted. I want you to LOVE your set and will do anything I can to make any issues right! If you are experiencing any problems with your order contact me ASAP to see what I can do for you!
